What does a felt sense mindfulness session look like?

Our time together is a tailored container for you to explore being in relationship through the lens of body-mind-spirit. Sessions together can include Rapid Resolution Therapy, somatic conversation, nervous system/brain education, movement based creative practices, Buteyko breath exercises, and guided meditation. Through this scaffolding process, a felt sense mindfulness practice emerges making way for lasting change.

Sessions happen in-person or virtually and last one hour. My rate is $120/session. I offer sliding scale sessions each month. Please email me if interested in the sliding scale sessions. Most people choose to come 1-4X/month. Usually more often for the first month or two, tapering off over time. How long and often we work together is up to you. One session or working together for years, I will never try to sell or pressure you.
