What is Felt Sense Mindfulness?

Through storytelling, education of the brain, and unique body based, felt sense movement (inside-out), we work with turning down the oldest part of the brain- the survival brain (bottom)- to then access the parts of the brain where mindful practice tools can develop (top). This neuro-sensory approach to the practice is what makes Lora’s offerings so notable.
